Fifty is not too late for men to start exercising; one needs it more as you grow older. Strength-Building exercises atleast two to three times a week is good. Use free weights, such as weight machines. You can use dumbbells too. Start light with 8-10 repetitions each to strengthen arms, shoulders, legs and your abdomen. It would help in building your strength, slowly building your stamina and reduce the fatigue factor. You can also change it up with other strength-building activities such as cycling, martial arts and rowing. Aerobics is a great way too, to optimize the health of your heart, 5 days a week for 30 minutes would do you good.

    Hey Surabhi,
Men over 50 can be more fitter than any guy at 20"s and 30"s. Any exercise routine can for an individual totally depends on your current fitness level, weight, BMR, BMI, Health condition, etc. Depending on these factors we can customize your exercises routine. If you are a beginner then just start with normal brisk walking, jogging, skipping, etc. As these are all low to moderate exercises to start.
