Maintaining an exercise routine template will help you to keep focused and constantly monitoring your progress for your fitness. The template should depict complete information about what you want to achieve by following the routine. You can define a complete structure where you can save information like type of exercises to be performed, and number of repetitions for each exercise. In addition, you should specify the days and timings for each exercise. You can also record information about your workouts, cardio, your experience, immediate effects of the exercise on you body and changes you are making daily in your exercise for your further reference.

    Hey Eva,
Updating your exercise routine template would help to keep a track on your progression and help to encourage your activity. It also helps to correct yourself if you are going wrong some where. Keep columns of date, weight, exercise intensity, workout pattern, etc.
