Exercising regularly is very important for us. It promotes healing process and speeds up recovery from any injury. I had a bad knee pain and my physician recommended I follow a set of exercises and in a few weeks my knee pain disappeared. Exercises for physical therapy could be stretching, balancing, strengthening, endurance exercises and so on. You need to start on a slow pace and gradually increase the repetitions and intensity. Each set of exercises have variations. As your body gets used to a certain set of exercises you need to change it or challenge your body against it.

    Hey Neha,
For which syndrome are you looking for physical therapy exercises? Physical therapy consists of lot other things other than just exercises. And exercises varies with conditions and its severity.
