There is only one tried and tested exercise for getting a flat tummy. I can tell you that it works because I myself use it. Abdomen crunches are the best way to burn fat and flatten out the tummy. My gym instructor was the first to introduce me to it and I do about 50 ab crunches a day. This is quite a lot considering I am above 40. When I started of it was quite tough and I used to get stomach cramps quite often. But after couple of weeks you will get used to the exercise and there won't be any issues.

    Hi Mala,
Any flat tummy workout dosent only include tummy resistance exercises but it should also include some cardio training exercises to normalize your body fat percentage. Once your body fat percentage is in normal level we can work on toning your tummy muscles by doing weight training exercises. Weight training exercises are like crunches, reverse crunches, heel touch, oblique crunches, abbs cycling etc. We need to do these exercises for 30 min in a day for better results.
