    I'd just like to make a comment about training after Seri, It's not really a good idea because you sweat so much and you cannot replace that fluid. Training at lunch time, heat of the afternoon wouldn't be a good idea either but training before iftar would be the best

    i thought water is important whilst doing excercise but how can you drink water during your fast?

    you can't. you do 20 min of hard exercise before iftar. EG Tabata training your not meant to have time to drink water

    To reduce thirst eat a lot of fruits and vegetables like cucumber,watermelon,muskmelon during Ramadan.Avoid spicy and oily foods during iftar to reduce your thirst next day.

    depends on what you are doing. dont train any other time of the day. your body needs nutrition after any exercise, drink lots of water before fasting. as much water as you can and after iftar. it'll stop you retaining fluids and always break fast with warm water or tea. your stomach will shrink whilst fasting. Avoid sugars, fatty foods esp oily ones that hold no nutrients. Ramadhaan isnt an excuse to eat naughty oods. it the time you need good quality food because you rent eating a lot

    Try to take your dinner at iftar and something light like soups and salads afterwards.Avoid fried items as it will drain your energy and leave you more thirsty next day.Try to take fruits and fruit juices instead of deep fried items.Go for simple walking after dinner for few minutes.

    dates as required. 3-4 with a small hand ful of almonds with water. caution fruit juices are full of sugar..

    thanx ... tamsyn .. shikha.yeah imtrying to cut on the juice . i do a circuit ... is it alright to do it an hour before iftar .?

    Yes. usually even when u r trying to lose weight you should only eat 1 hour after training. but curcuit maybe too much for you to handle whilst fasting

    to keep the fast routine? no it's not allowed, nor will it benefit you in the long run. your body is only getting about 800-1000 calories everyone needs a minimum of 1200 to function properly. Plus, if you are losing weight you should be eating every 2-3 hours to fuel your metabolism
