Can I perform physical activities during my Et Cycle (embryo transfer)?

    Yes you can! I don't think that there should be any problem with you doing light physical work. As long as you don't jump around or sit on an elephant you should be fine. Ok I'm kidding, but you get the picture right? Light activities and household work is fine. In fact keeping yourself active physically is the best way to make sure that things go smoothly. Going for a light jog or walk is also a good idea. But you can consult with your doctor and his or her opinion on how much physical activity you can perform just to be sure.

    Hi Avantika,
    There is no problem in being physically active even if you are going for embryo transfer. Just as Nicholas said, try avoid any jerky or jumping movements and make sure that you dosent do any work which could make you loose balance. Do your house hold work as it would involve you physically and can also include some low intensity activities like walking but dont over do yourself.
