    No way! It’s just a myth that walking barefoot makes your feet bigger. Your feet may look a bit wider when you walk around barefoot because they are not constrained in footwear. But there is no way that they can become bigger. Of course, what could happen when you walk around barefoot is that the sole of your feet will harden and your feet will get incredibly dirty! When you go shopping for shoes, be sure to buy a comfortable fit. Very often, we buy shoes more for their looks rather than comfort and squeeze our feet into ill-fitting sizes. And then when we remove our shoes, we feel that our feet look bigger!
