Morning sickness is common during pregnancy and the classic symptoms of it are nausea and vomiting. Some light exercises like a short duration walk or treadmill helps you to ease the symptoms of morning sickness.Exercises will also release endorphins and seritonins which will make you feel better and also improves your mood.It also reduces the chances of bloating.Don't overtire yourself, take plenty of rest and keep your hydrated.
