Physical activity or exercises play a vital role in the management of arthritis.Regular physical activity can keep the muscles around the joints strong, decrease bone reduction and also helps in controlling joint swelling and pain.Daily activity replenishes lubrication to the cartilage of the joint and reduces stiffness and pain.Exercises are also beneficial in weight management for people who are overweight and also suffering from arthiritis

    Hi Ambika,
Arthritis pain is mainly due to bone erosion and lack of joint lubrication. So exercises is the only way to bio-mechanically reduce your pain. And the benefits of exercises are already discussed well by Lifemojo Expert.
