It's not normal, but it is pretty common. And the reason is generally dehydration. Dehydration causes your urine to turn dark in color. When you exercise, take care to ensure that your fluid levels are high. You must be well hydrated when you start your exercises and must continue to replace body fluids as you lose them during your routine. Your fluid intake must match the amount that you are losing to perspiration and the heat generated by the exercise. The recommended amount is 8.5 to 10 ounces for every 20 minutes of exercising. So be sure you have plenty of fluids in hand while exercising.

Hi Deeksha, Which colour is it ? If its brown then you need to give your urine sample and check with your doctor about it. And if its just dark yellow then, dehydration, and lack of water in your body. Even Juan dice leads to dark yellow urine. Try hydrating well your body before and after running. If it still persist then consult your doctor.
