Cycling

Hi...I have been doing a cardio and weight training on alternate days. Usually just run on the cardio days. I am heavier on the lower body and wanted to lose the inches. Is cyclying better for losing weight on the lower body? Or is it worse?

    Hi,
Cycling would really help you to loose weight from your lower body. Also, keep on varying the resistance level or speed
