Can I ride a Bike For Fitness?

    Yes, you can ride your way to fitness. I did. One hour of cycling a day for four months made me lose several kilos. It is essential that you find a good cycle, this is very important. If you are interested in the countryside then you can do some mountain cycling as well. This is great way to lose weight and several of friends are avid mountain cycling enthusiasts. The more difficult the trail is more weight you live lose. But make sure you get all the required accessories such as elbow pads and knew pads just to be safe. (Don't forget the helmet).

    Exercise bike is also a good equipment to improve your fitness level. Add some resistance or vary speed for better results. By doing this way you would challenge the heart to pump more blood and lungs to give more oxygen and thus can improve your lung capacity too along with your heart function.
