Best running shoes for running

There are so many different choices. Most of the top brands like Adidas, Nike and Reebok have good running shoes and it is a question of choosing what you like. Personally, I am a big fan of Puma and they have a wide range of sexy looking shoes. It helps to look good when you run right? I had these pair of New Balance marathon shoes and they were the best pair of running shoes that I have ever used. New Balance specializes in making light weight and comfortable shoes. Best running shoes is in which you feel comfortable. Also, it depends on person"s feet. It should have following qualities :
1. Shoes should be well cushioned so as make your run comfortable.
2. Running shoes should have soft soul with good amount of friction.
3. It should have a medial raised arch if your foot is flat foot.
4. The front part of shoe should be normal wide and not narrow one as it could squeeze your fingers and make your run painful and may cause injury.
Running shoes is extremely important for running as it would decide your performance and distance of run.
