Hey.. Gaurav....According to me Cardio activities plays an important role to normalize your body fat percentage. Cardio activities includes exercises like brisk walking, jogging, running, skipping, swimming, etc. These all activities would work on to burn calories and thus reducing down your body weight. We need to do these activities for atleast 45 min for better results. Proper cardiovascular exercises should be combined with weight training in order to achieve maximum weight loss. Weight training increases the metabolism of the body which results in a higher calorie burn. Weight training also increases muscle strength and gives a good shape to the body. Floor exercises like squats, push-ups and lunges can also be incorporated in the overall exercise program to give an improved appearance to the body.
