    I know many! I've become a gym addict for the past few weeks and it has totally changed my life. I think that there are no specific exercises that you need to follow to lose weight. You need to opt for a combination of different exercises that will benefit you in the long run. I always start off with a 20 minutes run on the treadmill. Then I move on to the cycling machine for about ten minutes and I finish my cardio with rowing. After this comes the kick boxing and weight training session. This combo has helped me shed six kilos so far.

    Hey.. Gaurav....According to me Cardio activities plays an important role to normalize your body fat percentage. Cardio activities includes exercises like brisk walking, jogging, running, skipping, swimming, etc. These all activities would work on to burn calories and thus reducing down your body weight. We need to do these activities for atleast 45 min for better results. Proper cardiovascular exercises should be combined with weight training in order to achieve maximum weight loss. Weight training increases the metabolism of the body which results in a higher calorie burn. Weight training also increases muscle strength and gives a good shape to the body. Floor exercises like squats, push-ups and lunges can also be incorporated in the overall exercise program to give an improved appearance to the body.

    Thanks for sharing the useful information bhavini. My suggest is also cardio exercise is one of best exercise for weight loss & to keep our life more healthy.
