    Informative article. I too believe in these benefits of strength training. But the peoples who indulge in strength training are more likely to get inch loss and wont show any progression on your weighing machine. But dont worry,it looks that matters and combining cardiovascular exercises with strength training will lead your body look more toned and fitter.
