    Hi Akansha,
Core muscles mainly comprises of abdominal muscles and lower back muscles. Both muscles group act as a couple to maintain body posture, weakness of both the group or any one leads to imbalance force which can lead to low back pain. Thus, when you strengthen your core muscles your back pain is relieved.

    Hi Akansha,
Core muscles are the main muscles to support your spine so it plays an important role to your back pain. If core muscles are weak then you might face back pain.
