The arm sweep exercise targets the spinal extensors, upper body back, forth around your hips and the external oblique. This is the best way to get fit and can be done by playing football and park our.
Draw the lower abdomen towards the spine, lying prone. Put the shoulder blade together and squeeze the glutes together, lift the head and torso off the ground reaching back towards the toes. Palms up and start with the arms at your sides. Turns palms down sweeping arms horizontally. Do it three sets decreasing from 15, 12, and 8. It helps you getting the strong core.

    Hi Malvika,
Arm sweep exercises targets more of back ex tensor exercises. Sit on the floor and slightly outstrech your legs (but still keep them bent). Stretch out your arms. Then twist your body to the left so that you rotate and your hands touches the ground. Then do the same on your right side. This results in a sweeping motion of your arms and twisting your body. About 30 repetitions are good. This stretches the muscles on the sides of your "six pack" abs.
