    Hi Bhavana,
It all depends on your nature of exercises, if your workout is intense then I will suggest you to avoid doing arm and shoulder exercise on same day. In case of low to moderate intensity exercises you can go do arm and shoulder exercise on same day with a gap of few minutes in between.

    Hey Bhavana,
Doing arm and shoulder exercises at same day would reduce your efficiency to take load for either body part exercises. As its very much natural that you do shoulder exercises by lifting weights through arms so if you workout for triceps then you do push ups then its very much natural that you wont be able to hit more push ups as it includes the workout for both chest muscle and triceps. So choose arm and shoulder exercises on alternate days.
