Ravish.....sorry....you cant land on your heels without shoes...heel landing is not good for the body....with the shoes you are forced to do that....!!!
@ravish, agreed heal landing is not good for body and thats why the shoes are meant.----the point is SHOES forces for heal landing and that is why it is not recommended....in way a shoes creates more injuries....!!!!
