Depending of the kind of machine you have you can shape variety of body muscles. A walker or glider can be used to build stamina by rigorous walking. Increase the speed gradually as tempo builds. You can use static machine for doing aerobic stepping too. A cycling machine can be used to tome those long legs of yours. Exercise bike should be used in a way that when your right hand moves in front your left leg moves backwards. This would give you a full body movement and thus better results.

Hi Rashmi, There are resistance levels which can be easily set in programme. You have to First start with normal walking on aerofit exercise machine. Then you can progress by increasing your speed and later increase with the resistance level. Try to keep a bend from your knees to have a better effect on your lower body.
