Your core muscles are the major muscles to maintain good posture. Core muscles mainly comprises of abdominal muscles and lower back muscles. Both muscle group acts together to maintain your posture, thus abdominal strengthening exercises can help you to improve posture if, they are comparatively weaker than your lower back muscles.

    Hi Pooja,
Yes, Abdominal strength could improve your posture but there should be a balance between your back and abdominal muscles and other muscles as well to get a better posture.
