Components: 1. Cardiorespiratory (CR) endurance : This is the efficiency of with which body delivers required oxygen and nutrients needed for muscular activity. 2. Muscular strength: This is the greatest amount of force or a muscle group can exert in a single time. 3. Muscular endurance: The ability of muscle or a group of muscles to preform repeated movements with a sub maximal force for an extended time period. 4. Flexibility: It is the ability to move the joints or any group of joints through an entire or normal of motion. 5. Body composition: This is the body fat percentage in comparison to his/her total body mass.
Hi Abhishek, As Manasi, told cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition are the 5 components of health related physical fitness. There is something called skill related which is also a important it consist of parameters like speed, balance, co-ordination, power, agility, reaction time etc.

Hi Abhishek, Manasi is right. All factors are equally important to improve your physical fitness. Physical fitness include improving your endurance, strength and flexibility of body.
