I have no idea if you are referring to a bicycle or a motorbike. If you are looking for a good bicycle then there are several options that you can choose from. Cross country cycles have more than four gears and they are very useful for losing weight and staying fit. Bicycling is an often underrated and underused aerobic exercise.
