    Hey Kirsten,
    Its true that 300 workout floor wipers is effective in building abs as Avantika said but, I personally believe that this type of exercises has high risk of injury. 300 Workout Floor Wipers can cause sever back injury. Along with this, you need to have a very correct breathing pattern as wrong pattern can lead to abnormal rise in internal pressure leading to cardiac dysfunction, hernias etc.

    how am i suposed to breathe? exhale while lifting legs up or while bringing them down?

    Hi Everyone,
    Thumb rule is to "Exhale when you exert". Many people tend to hold their breath during workouts which should strictly be avoided. In case of 300 Workout Floor Wipers you exert when you lift your legs so, you need to exhale while lifting your legs and inhale while bringing them down.
