some of the exercises which help you to have 24 hours effect on your body are as follows
Walking and running can be a lot beneficial in burning your calories and hence give you a better workout regime. But this walking should be up to 30 minutes minimum.
Interval training also helps you a lot in having a fit workout regime
Squats are best to give a proper workout to your legs and this will show their effects on your thigh and calf muscles.
A lunge also helps you to have stronger lower body and helps you to maintain your hamstrings.
Push ups are also very good for your chest and are very effective.
Abdominal crunches and bent over row also give you a good physical fitness

    Hey Nicholas,
I dint get your question. What do you mean by 24 hour fitness workout routine? If you want to just improve your fitness then you need to start up slow with some really normal exercises like brisk walking, jogging, running, etc. Then can add some interval training in your routine for more benefits.
