Are you serious? 20 minutes? You wont lose any weight with a twenty minute workout. Your body will only get warmed up after 20 minutes you need to run on a treadmill for at least 45 minutes every day consistently for three or four months before you can actually think about losing weight. If you want to lose weight then you will require an intensive workout every day. A 20 minute workout is nowhere near intensive and you wont achieve any results even if you run for three months. You should be thinking about doing cardio for at least a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour every day.

Hi Anu, Burning calories depends on factors like weather, pace, frequency, etc. Depending on all these factors you would burn more calories.
