I don think that there are any benefits that you can derive from a two week plan. I mean, what can you possibly achieve over a period of just two weeks? You might be able to improve your stamina to an extent but apart from that I don think that you will have any other benefits. If you want proper results then you need to be workout or exercise for at least three or four months before you will be able to achieve any significant results. Sorry to disappoint you but this is the truth. Hope that was of some use.

    Hey stuti,
As Ambika wrote, there will not be much benefits seen in 2 week exercise plan but of course you can feel the difference. Body takes time to adapt to the stress imposed due to exercise but internally, the changes start from the day one depending on the type of workout. You can also note the feeling of wellbeing.
