Yes there are several different exercises and fitness measures that you can do at home. The most common and perhaps the most important ones are pushups and pulls ups. All you need is a small bar that you can attach to two sides and you have a pull up bar ready. You can also do sit ups and stomach crunches at home. These are easy exercises that do not require any machines. You could also get a small exercise cycle and use that to tone up your leg muscles. I know that's only five these are the most common home exercises.

Hey Bhavya..... I dint get your question properly. Are you asking about 10 exercises for improving fitness at home ? Then the answer is the combination of cardio and weight training exercises. Cardio activities can be started first with low impact exercises like brisk walking, jogging then running, swimming, skipping, etc. You can increase 5 min of duration every weekend to keep on improving your endurance. Weight training exercises are like push ups, pull over, lunges, squats, etc. You need to do weight training atleast every alternate days for 20 min for better results. So this type of exercises plan would help to improve your fitness level.

    1. Strength - How much you can push, pull, lift, throw, move, and generally shove around. It's the total amount of pounds moved in one motion.
    2. Endurance - How long you can do steady motions. Swimming two miles, running 8 miles, biking 20 miles straight is all endurance-based exercise.
    3. Flexibility - The ability to move your muscles around and ease your body into different positions. Having flexible muscles, tendons, and ligaments prevents injuries and helps you do things more efficiently.
