    Zinc is an essential mineral which is the basic requirement of our body. Almost in each and every cell, zinc is present. To perform a number of functions , our body requires this mineral but it is required in very small quantity. Even in the action of enzymes, it plays a vital role. For intake of sufficient zinc you should take proper food diet with salads and fruits. Some of the food items which are rich in zinc are:
    1. Almonds
    2. Artichoke
    3. Avocado
    4. Bananas
    5. Beef
    6. Blackberries
    7. Brazil nuts
    8. All -bran cereal
    9. Cashew
    10. Cauliflower
    11. Eggs
    12. Lettuce
    13. Lima beans
    14. Liver
    15. Milk
    16. Olives
    17. Kiwi fruit

    Zinc is an essential mineral required by the body for maintaining a sense of smell , keeping healthy immune systems, etc. Zinc if found in beef, milk, liver, kiwi fruit, eggs, sesame seeds, etc.
