Fruits are always healthier than fruit juices.

    1. Fruits have more fibre content.
    2. Fruits Juices increase the blood-sugar level immediately, while fruits take a bit more time to digest.
    3. Fruit Juices might have added sugar and preservatives. So when you are buying a fruit jiuce, make sure that it is hygienic, 100% natural, with no added sugar or preservatives.

If you want to go for fruit juices, go for Tropicana 100% fruit juices. It doesn;t have preservatives/added sugar.

However, fruit drinks don't give you fibres. You should always prefer eating fruits rather than having fruit juices. Who knows ...may be the fruit juices are made from chemically treated fruits as well ...?

Try buying fruits from some trust-worthy outlets like Namdhari in Bangalore

Fruits are healthy compared to fruit juices, Fruits are full of fibers, vitamins & minerals& natural sugars. But fruits juice are full of sugars not more nutrients.
