A diet rich in fruits and vegetables,whole grain cereals,Milk and milk products,pulses.lean meats is consdered as a healthy diet.Just try to avoid saturated fats.which are unhealthy fats and responsible for increase in cholesterol levels.Also keep alcohol consuption in limit and avoid smoking.

Hi Jason first of all remember there is nothing like quick weight loss. Weight loss will take place gradually with a proper diet and a regular exercise. You have to be consistent in following a low calorie diet and regularly following exercises. Then only you will be able to achieve you target weight.
