    Everybody want to know about the diet foods. Here are some foods which are very good for losing the weight in natural way.

    Fruits: Apple, orange, grapefruit, melon, and strawberries.
    Vegetables: Broccoli, cabbage, radish, and cucumber.
    Green tea.
    Lemon water.

    Vegetables soups.
