Tasteless, loveless, and boring food! If you want to stay fit then this is what you have to eat. I mean what's the point in eating lean meat right? The purpose of eating meat is to enjoy the dripping of the fat juices and lean meats defeat the entire purpose.
Vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower are what they recommend for you if you are on a diet. :P Why on earth would anyone in their right mind eat all that? See what I mean by tasteless food? Anyway you need to stop eating pastries, chocolates and everything else that you love.

    Hi

Nice answer bhavya............ I think u r a food lover. The think is you can have any kind of food but qty is important but most of the people are fond of taste so they increasing the qty & this leads to over weight & some health problems. So choose healthy foods for 5-6 days & weekends enjoy with any food with limited amount. Along with exercise is more important , exercise is helps to burn the calories.

I do agree, but once in while, you can have your favorite food. Set a target and when you reach your target, gift yourself by eating one item at a time of your most favorite food. However, the quantity should be reduced.
