    If you are on one of those of your eight pack regimes and if I happens that you fail to have a work out some day, you need not worry you can have a healthy diet that day to substitute the work out. You need not do much if you haven't done your work out, you can just have have a walk to your work place or instead of using the lift you can just take the staircase to your office floor. Your work out will be done. Now regarding the diet you need to follow some diet tips. Don't take heavy meals, just keep munching healthy food stuffs.
