It is common saying that your breakfast should be like a king,lunch should be like queen and dinner should be like beggars.So it means that your bf should be very healthy you can include cereals(cornflakes,oat flakes,wheat flakes,porridge,idli etc+Milk,Milkshakes,fruits.Proper breakfast helps to start your metabolism and leaves you energetic through out the day.Lunch should consist of a bowl of vegetable salads,chapati/rice,any allowed veg and any one protein at a time.And dinner should be very lighter.As there is no physical exercise after that so the calories we have consumed will not be burned and later on it ll be converted into fats in our body.
