    Lunch should be the second largest meal of the day.It should be in balanced form like you can have 1 serving of salad,2 chapaties/Medium bowl rice,Any allowed vegetable ad one protein at a time like Curd/Dal will make a perfect lunch.

    Yes, lunch is a second meal in a day which should be little & with full of vegetables, roti-2, brown rice or dalia, veg sabji, low curd , buttermilk, dal .
