Post work out meal is the most important meal in the day for people who work out vigorously. You need to recover or regain all the energy lost during workouts. You need to ingest more of protein and carbohydrates. You can have dried fruits and nuts, fruit or vegetable bowl, an egg or a piece of low fat chicken (avoid deep fried chicken). A protein bar or an energy drink. Please avoid consuming fatty products as fat slows down the digestion. Also you need to drink a lot of water to replace the loss of fluids (sweating) during workout.

One should focus on complex carbs, protein, more fluids. Fluid are more important to maintain hydration level. Drink any fresh fruits juice, tender coconut water, buttermilk.
