Hi Deeksha..normally all the fruits are healthy and nutritious. All of them are rich in some nutrient or the other. Some contain vitamin C,others may have beta carotene specially the red and yellow colored ones. While some like avocado contain mono unsaturated fat.

You can eat combination of fruits as fruit salad but avoid cream or sugar in fruit salad to avoid extra calories. The best time to eat fruit in to morning, especially in the empty stomach & mid morning. Avoid taking along with meals & after immediate meals or before meals. If you want to any fruits after ur meals , you should leave gap btw 45-60mins.

Fruits are contains natural sugar, that provides required amount of energy, vitamin & minerals for a one time serving, if you add creams then it increase ur calories intake that to cream is not healthy fat, thats why you should avoid cream in ur any salad. As possible as make it healthy & enjoy.
