    Healthy diet means the diet which helps to maintain and manage good health.Health diet includes whole grain,variety of fruits and vegetables,Fat free/low fat milk products,including lean meat,fish,beans eggs,nuts which are low in cholesterol and trans fat and saturated fatty acid.which comes under your daily calorie needs.healthy diet is necessary also for all chronic diseases such as obesity,heart disorders,diabetes cancer etc.Healthy diet means a balanced diet which is composed all the essential nutrients and macronutrients like proteins,fats and carbohydrates.Which we can get through many healthy food stuffs.

    Your diet is considered to be healthy when it is rich in all essential nutrients like complex carbs,Proteins,lean meats,unsaturated fats etc.Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet,as they are packed with vitamins and minerals,include whole grain cereals in your diet will help.

    The balanced diet or healthy diet which contains all six essential nutrients that our needs for good health . Carbohydrates, proteins, fat, vitamins, minerals,water . In that water is most essential nutrients because our body contains 40-60% of water.

    Carbohydrates are usually referred to as sugars or starches.

    Protein is composed of amino acids, which help to build muscle mass

    .Fat is another term for lipid. Too much fat in your diet can lead to obesity, heart disease, heart attacks, and strokes.

    Vitamins are needed in small amounts to help the body with chemical reactions within its cells ,Vitamins are two forms, they are fat soluble and water soluble.

    Fat Soluble Vitamins (A, D, E, K) are stored in the fat tissue and can build up high levels of toxins in the body if they are not utilized.

    Water Soluble Vitamins (B, C) are excreted by the body if your daily amount of intake is too good.Minerals are put into different structures within the body to create enzymes, hormones, skeletal bones, skeletal tissues, teeth and fluids.
