it is important toi maintain balance in life , balance of the nutrients ... hence including food which are rich in nutrients is healthy. eat as many fruits and salads in your day as possible, this will increase the micronutrient and fiber. also including milk and milk products or eggs , lean meats, curd and paneer, soya, will hel;p in improving the protein content, besides this almonds and walnuits are very healthy for brain having 5 soaked almond in mornings empty stomach is considered very healthy. include good amount of vegetables , specially bright coloured as well as green leafy vegetables for over all nutrition.

Include more of fruits & vegetables(antioxidant foods) Berries Cherry, blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, crowberry, blueberry, bilberry/wild blueberry, black currant), pomegranate, grape, orange, plum, pineapple, kiwi fruit, grapefruit,Kale, chili pepper, red cabbage, peppers, parsley, artichoke, Brussels sprouts, spinach, lemon, ginger, red beets) , iron rich foods(Apricots, prunes, dates, nuts like almond peanut).

Some of herb which is helpful for good energy level (Ginseng-ncreases energy levels when taken in moderation. It supports insulin's conversion of blood sugar into fuel for energy).Green tea helps the body burn its fat stores, which boosts its energy.
The B vitamins---B1, B2, B6 and B12, and also biotin, folic acid, niacin, and pantothenic acid---increase the body's energy. Natural food sources include leafy green vegetables, whole grains and sweet potatoes.

Protein foods should include as whole grains, fish, lean meat, egg white, sprouts, dal.

Use limited amount of fat which is healthy fat such as nuts, seeds & sunflower oil, rice bran oil, corn oil, olive oil for cooking.

Most important zero calories drink is water. Drink at-least 2-3 liters in a day.
