    Vegetables are good in vitamins, minerals & fibers. If you not eating vegetables then you will face many nutritional problems like a lack of vitamins, a lack of fiber in your diet, Lack of minerals which needs for good health. This can leads to obesity, hair loss, skin problems, high cholesterol in the blood, low immunity, & affects over all healthy.

    I agree to both of you. Vegetables are one of the important part of our diet. Unlike non vegetarian food they are devoid of any carcinogenic substance. Nowadays, everyone recommends to include lots of vegetables in their diet. People even the famous celebrities are following the vegetarian diet.

    my sister doesn't like eating vegetables but likes to eat meat i love veggies they are good for your diet follow the main food groups if u like meat u should start eating veggies more or you will have bad times when you grow up if your still young
