    Beta carotene prevents cell damages; it helps to protect the body from free radicals & enchanges the immune system. They are found in orange fruits & vegetables such as carrot, orange, apricot, cantaloupes, green leafy vegetables such as broccoli & spinach, etc. Beta carotene is a substance from plant source which helps the body converts into vitamin A.
