Saturated fats are mostly present in foods from animal origin.These are red meat,egg yolk,dairy products like whole milk,butter,cheese,cream.Some oils derived from vegetarian source like coconut and palm oil are also high in saturated fats.

SWati is right, Saturated fat are found in animal source like butter, whole milk, cream, cheese, margarine,, milk chocolate,meat, etc. Saturated fat are solid at room temperature.
