    Sources of carbohydrates are-all the cereals and their products,vegetables,fruits and fruit juices,sugar,honey,jaggery and alcoholic drinks.Pulses contain very less amounts of carbs and that too is present in form of oligosacchrides.Milk contain a type of carbohydrate called-lactose or milk sugar.

    Hi

    There are two types of carbohydrates- simple & complex.

    Simple carbohydrates source are table sugar ,honey , cookies, candies,pastries ,chocolate,all kind of refined flours ,corn syrup,fruit juices,most packed cereals.

    complex carbohydrates food:Barley,Oat bran bread,Museli,Low fat yogurt,Whole meal spelt
    Brown rice,Spinach,Onions,Okra,Zucchini,Tomatoes,Lentils,Kidney beans,Apples,Grapefruits,Pears,Carrots,Oranges.
