complex carbohydrates food:Barley,Oat bran bread,Museli,Low fat yogurt,Whole meal spelt
Brown rice,Spinach,Onions,Okra,Zucchini,Tomatoes,Lentils,Kidney beans,Apples,Grapefruits,Pears,Carrots,Oranges.
