A balanced diet rich in high fiber, protein and minimum calories.You can have Oats, Jowar, Ragi, Bajra. Amongst the protein you can have egg whites, lean meat, fish, pulses and legumes. Avoid junk and deeply fried food items.

Hi Lizzy, Healthy food options are- whole and unrefined cereals,whole pulses,sprouts,low fat dairy products,fresh fruits and vegetables. Processed foods,junk foods,red meats,full fat milk are some of the unhealthy options.
In addition, to remain healthy you should have enough amount of water, coconut water,butter milk etc which will help you to remain hydrated throughout the day.
