What are good diet foods?

    There are no foods that you can term as ‘good diet foods’ simply because all foods that are taken during a diet are good and nutritious and solely for your health purpose. You should eat a lot of fruits and green leafy vegetables whenever you go on a diet, and this is of paramount importance. You should also consume a lot of legumes and whole grains during your diet. These are also very important for the body to function properly. Dairy products can be consumed provided they are low on fat and not too loaded with carbs and fats. Junk food should be avoided.
