Healthy diet plan : Breakfast : high breakfast cereals , skimmed milk , fruits. Midmorning : fruits , buttermilk, diet biscuits , multigrains biscuits, roasted chana. Lunch : salad , roti or dalia, veg sabji, buttermilk. Evening: Green tea, black tea , boiled corn or boiled groundnut. Dinner : same as lunch.

Thanks for simple diet plan mala. A balanced diet plan should contains fruits, vegetables, brown rice, whole grain cereals, green tea, black tea, Dalia, roti, boiled snack, high fibers biscuit, brown bread, buttermilk.
