    Hi rima,

    the info you have e provided is not enough for us in order to help you with weight loss. except for your ht , we also need to know abt your current weight, and medical history if any. the kind of diet you currently intake and exercises if any , medicines you take if any ! etc ...

    hi everybody i would like to inform you that i joined a gym one year back, i was 83 kilos at that time now i could reduce to 64.5. I was under the opinion that by joining gym it is not possible to reduce but it is a myth if you can able to get a good trainer this is in our hands ofcourse you should be very strict with the diet, do not loose the food craving but at the same time eat in moderation. I request people who are in Hyderabad near jubilee hills to join this gym which is located near Jubillee hills checkpost and the owner cum trainers name is Mr Azharuddin and most practicable person.

    Tips for wait loss:
    1. Drink Water and juice.
    2. Take Green Tea.
    3. Do exercise for 2 hours and including Yoga in it.
