WANT TO LOOSE 20 Kgs IN 5 WEEKS ANY GUIDANCES????

can u help me a bit

i'm suppose to get married in dec
i'm 23 years ols, weigh 90kgs today, and height is 5.6
my ideal weight is around 60-65kgs.
however i want to loose about 15-20kgs i have about 5weeks at hand, before any functions so.... i want you to help me a bit.

i'm currently following a GENERAL MOTORS DIET, have lost some weight but not substantial. also twice a week go for a brisk walk for 1 km and do 5mins of running (i feel tired after that), then do some more exc during day.

i cant spend time outside home due to the marriage restrictions. plus i dnt have a tread mill at home.

do u have some remedy for my querry

    20kgs in 5 weeks ooppppppss not possible dear,its almost 5 kg per week.
    i am on weight loss diet its not that easy to shed that weight.enrol into lifemojo tak personal diet plan u will be 20 kgs less by dec before ur marriage.
    u need to exercise more atleast 5 days a week.best of luck.

    Not so easy mate. And not advisable to drop 20 kg in a month. could lead to health complications. You need to increase your walk from 1 km to 1 hr daily. And of course religiously follow a diet control. Have lots of veg/fruits when hungry. Stop taking meat/fried stuff/sweets.

    hi, I suggest u 2 consume as much of lemon water (without salt or sugar, just lemon squeezed in Luke warm water) as many times in a day as u possibly can, this will suppress ur appetite and keep u energized. stop taking any form of carbs (rice, wheat, maida, etc) and refined food (biscuits, bread, noodles, confectioneries etc) immedietly. and exercise (like skip and jog at home along with squats and push ups) twice a day for at least one hour each. u can download videos from you tube regarding manual exercises o be done at home without supervision.

    this way u will be able to loose if not 20, atleast 8 to 10 kgs in 5 weeks time.

    PS: eat as many fruits and raw salad without dressing and soup as possible.

    hi, i suggest u general motor weight loss programme for one week.then start 1000 kcal chart for 2week.then again general wt loss prog for 1week.from dis u can do reduce ur target weight.
