hi, I suggest u 2 consume as much of lemon water (without salt or sugar, just lemon squeezed in Luke warm water) as many times in a day as u possibly can, this will suppress ur appetite and keep u energized. stop taking any form of carbs (rice, wheat, maida, etc) and refined food (biscuits, bread, noodles, confectioneries etc) immedietly. and exercise (like skip and jog at home along with squats and push ups) twice a day for at least one hour each. u can download videos from you tube regarding manual exercises o be done at home without supervision.
this way u will be able to loose if not 20, atleast 8 to 10 kgs in 5 weeks time.
PS: eat as many fruits and raw salad without dressing and soup as possible.
