Too much of anything is not good and this is the same for vitamins. You can use supplements for an extent and I'm sure that nothing will happen. But, beyond a point your body requires natural vitamins that are available in vegetables and fruits and this is the healthier option. Having a few supplements during the week is not a bad option, especially if you have a deficiency. Some studies have proven that dietary aids are beneficial to the body and you have nothing to worry about as long as you do not overdo it. Hope that helps. Good Luck

As said by Deeksha, that anything in limit is alright for your body. But what I personally feel is that the more natural was we follow, the better it is. If you can get vitamins from natural sources why take it in the form of a man made capsule.
For ex: Vitamin A can be obtained from dairy products, liver oils, green vegetables etc.
Vitamin D: Vitamin D can be obtained by eating dairy product, fish, eggs, sunlight etc
Vitamin C: Vitamin C can be obtained by eating green vegetables, critic foods anf fresh fruits and lemon.
